To become a member of the Friends of the Acushnet Public Library, fill out a membership application. Applications are available at the Library.
Membership categories are as follows:
Individual $10.00 per year
Family $25.00 per year
Sponsor $100.00 per year
Corporate/Business $150.00+ per year

Who are the Friends?
The Friends of the Acushnet Public Library is a non-profit, community service organization whose goals include stimulating broader community interest in the resources of the library, planning library-related activities that meet the evolving needs of all members of the community, and expanding and enhancing library services for the community. Some of their efforts include:
- presenting free programs for all ages
- purchasing museum passes, other materials, furniture and equipment
- holding used book sales as well as the on-going sale at the library
